Pay Rate: $28.00 per hour

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Cook to join our busy cafe. The role involves preparing
and cooking a wide range of meals, ensuring high standards of quality, hygiene, and
consistency. The successful candidate will be a team player who can perform well in a fast
Prepare, cook, and present a variety of meals according to menu standards.
Maintain food quality and consistency under pressure during peak service times.
Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health regulations.
Monitor stock levels, assist with ordering, and minimize wastage.
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen and equipment.
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience as a Cook in a commercial kitchen.
Sound knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and portion control.
Understanding of food safety and hygiene standards.
Ability to work well in a team and adapt to a changing menu and service needs.
Strong communication skills and the ability to follow instructions.
Flexibility to work rostered shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
