At UniRec, we're looking for a friendly and professional Customer Services Assistant to be the welcoming face for our members.In this role, you'll:Deliver exceptional frontline service, ensuring every member feels valued and supported.Assist with membership sales and provide knowledgeable guidance tailored to customer needs.Manage reception duties, facility and programme bookings, and general administration.Play a key role in creating a vibrant, welcoming environment for all UniRec visitors.If you enjoy working in a fast-paced, people-focused environment and thrive on making every interaction positive, we'd love to hear from you!Salary will be based on skills, knowledge and experience brought to the position.

This is a part-time role (20 hours a week), based on our Hillcrest Campus.For more information on the role please see the position description.

You bring strong customer service skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks with efficiency and accuracy.

You're confident using Microsoft Office, databases, and other digital tools, and you're adaptable to evening, early morning and weekend work.You communicate effectively, build rapport with people from diverse backgrounds, and approach challenges with a calm, balanced, and solution-focused mindset.

You value teamwork, flexibility, and creating positive experiences for everyone you interact with.
