Join our team as a Customer Service Representative!
Are you enthusiastic, proactive, and ready to make a real impact? We’re on the lookout for passionate Customer Service Representatives to join a dynamic, fast-paced contact centre in Te Rapa. You’ll be employed by Madison and work closely with our onsite team at a large government organisation.
As part of a dedicated team supporting a high-volume project, you’ll play a key role in delivering tailored solutions to customers through both voice and written channels. Every interaction matters and you’ll be the person who makes it count.

Assignment Details- Start Date: Tuesday 10 February 2026
- End Date: Friday 3 July 2026
- Hours: 40 per week
- Pay: $29.45 per hour + 8% holiday pay
- Location: Office-based, Te Rapa location, street parking
- Schedule: Training hours 9am to 5:30pm with a wider working window 8am – 6pm with 2 weeks’ notice if a change of shift is required.

- Confidence navigating multiple computer systems on dual screens

- Strong listening skills and the ability to assess situations and provide effective solutions
