Fixed Term Medical Imaging Lecturer role - Wanganui
UCOL is looking to recruit, for a fixed term role, a passionate person to join the dynamic Applied Science (Medical Imaging Technology) team. Be part of a Te Tiriti led organisation, based in the central CBD in Palmerston North and teach within a high-functioning team focused on delivering education to the future workforce within Medical Imaging Technology.
You will have up-to-date knowledge and experience within your field and have a strong commitment to akonga (students) within your programme – delivering blended theory classes and imparting your practical skills in our new industry standard X-ray laboratories.
A passion and ability to impart your knowledge and clinical expertise in the field of medical imaging technology to adult learners, using an array teaching technologies, is valued.
This includes preparing and delivering high-quality learning sessions, both in the classroom and laboratories, in a safe and culturally appropriate way. Your skillset must include the ability to conduct research and use knowledge gained from your research to inform teaching.Your ability and experience in student assessment and assessment design will be an advantage.
