Executive Chef
This is a hands-on leadership role.We are not looking for someone who stands back.
You will be strong in: Kitchen leadership and team building
Setting culture and standardsA very good training, coaching, and performance management experience
Menu development across breakfast, café esk'restaurant, and restaurant services
Food cost control and waste management
Systems, structure, and service consistency
Adapting menus to business requirements
Working closely with ownership on vision and execution
Leading from the front and cooking alongside your team to ensure consistency and continuity
This role will shape the DNA of the venue.
