What you’ll be doing:- Running sections during restaurant service
- Supporting prep across core menu and catering
- Maintaining high food standards, speed and consistency
- Contributing to a clean, organised kitchen
- Proven cooking experience in a commercial kitchen
- Calm under pressure and reliable on shift
- Strong communication and team mindset
- Available Fridays and Saturdays
- Mix of restaurant shifts and event catering
- Structured systems and clear expectations
- Opportunity to grow within a fast-moving, ambitious brand
