Assistant Baker

We are looking for a baker with some experience to continue training in an Artisan Bakery using traditional skills.

You will be working with a committed and motivated team who prides themselves on quality.

Here's what you'll need:

• Demonstrate a working knowledge of a commercial bakery
• Be able to maintain a clean and tidy work area and assisting in cleaning duties
• Able to follow direction with all tasks as required of the bakery team
• Cope with the seasonal demands of working in a small team
• Be Reliable and trustworthy with a good work ethic
• Able to work unsupervised when required
• Enjoy being a team player
• Have excellent communication skills
• Be physically fit, this is a role which includes lifting, and you will be on your feet for the

Hours of work will be Monday to Friday and approx. 40 hours per week, (between the hours) 4.45am to 4.00pm depending on the role. Occasional 2 hours on a Sunday. No public holidays!
