Blairs Supertyre Distributors Ltd is a third-generation family-owned business supplying tyres and related products throughout New Zealand. We distribute leading brands including Kumho, Goodride, Petlas, and Tianli.

We're currently looking for a motivated and organised Customer Service & Accounts Receivable Administrator to join the team in our Geraldine Head Office.

This is a varied role where you'll take ownership of the accounts receivable function while also supporting wider customer service and general office administration tasks.

This will include:
  • Managing customer account queries and building strong relationships
  • Accounts receivable duties and debtor management
  • Bank reconciliations
  • Assisting with sales invoicing and credit processing
  • Weekly and month-end reporting
  • General office administration and reception support

We're after someone who is reliable, adaptable, and confident working in a busy office environment.

Ideally you will have:
  • Previous accounts receivable or similar finance/admin experience
  • Strong general administration skills
  • Confident use of Microsoft Excel
  • Excellent communication and phone manner
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to manage interruptions and stay organised
  • A team-focused attitude and willingness to learn

This is a full time role working Monday to Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm with an hour for lunch.
