Receptionist / Administrator

You will be the primary point of contact for our customers including answering phone calls and emails, assisting visitors, scheduling work in our system and following up to ensure vehicle repairs happen as planned.

To succeed in this role you will need:
  • Excellent time management and organisation skills
  • Initiative, self-motivation and a ‘get stuck in’ attitude
  • Customer service experience
  • Strong computer skills
  • The desire to contribute to our great team culture!
This is a permanent role based at our premises in Karori. We offer a friendly and supportive team environment, as well as training opportunities, regular team building and social activities, and EAP support.
