We are looking for a confident and professional Receptionist to be the welcoming face of TEC and the Commerce Commission to Join our Business Support Team. This is one of two key Receptionist roles that help to create a great first impression by providing high quality reception and support services.
TEC's Business Support team is responsible for empowering the wider organisation through effective and high-quality support services. This Receptionist role is a full-time, permanent position based in Wellington.He angitūtanga: About the RoleYou will not only make visitors feel welcome but also provide general office administration support to keep things running smoothly.Deliver exceptional service to internal and external customers - in person, on the phone, and via email.Manage meeting room bookings and ensure spaces are ready for useKeep our reception and office areas tidy, professional, and welcomingHandle incoming and outgoing mail careArrange and coordinate travel bookings to ensure smooth journeys for our team.

We are seeking someone who is:Client-focused, organised, detail-oriented, and experienced in a reception or similar customer service type role.Skilled in general office administration, with the ability to quickly learn new systems.Proficient in Microsoft Office.A strong team player who enjoys supporting others and contributing to a positive workplace culture.
