Cleaner

As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dedicated and experienced window cleaner and night cleaner to join our professional team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-standard window cleaning services to a variety of clients, ensuring all work is completed efficiently, safely. and to the company's quality standards. This role requires a strong attention to detail, a proactive attitude, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

1. Perform interior and exterior window cleaning for commercial and residential properties.
2. Operate safely at heights using appropriate tools, equipment, and personal protective gears.
3. Adhere to company health and safety policies and procedures at all times.
4. Maintain cleaning equipment and report any maintenance requirements.
5. Ensure client satisfaction through professionalism and consistent quality service delivery.

1. Minimum 2 years' professional experience in window cleaning
2. Proven ability to work at heights safely (EWP or Working at heights certification advantageous.
3. Full New Zealand driver's license and reliable transport (Prefer Manual License)
4. Excellent attention to detail and time management
5. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Commitment to workplace safety and professional standards.

This role involves carrying out cleaning duties in commercial premises during night hours, ensuring client sites are maintained to the highest standard of hygiene and presentation. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in professional cleaning, a strong work ethic, and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

1. Perform general cleaning duties including vacuuming, mopping, dusting and sanitizing surfaces
2. Clean and restock restrooms, kitchens and common areas
3. Operate cleaning equipment safely and effectively
4. Ensure security procedures are followed when accessing and exciting client premises
5. Report maintenance or safety issues promptly to the supervisor
6. Maintain high levels of professionalism and reliability

1. Experience in cleaning, preferably in commercial environments
2. Previous experience working night shift is advantageous
3. Strong understanding of cleaning procedures and health and safety standards
4. Good communication and time management skills
5. Reliable, punctual and able to work unsupervised
