Cleaner and Manager
Pinot Villas is a boutique accommodation property in the heart of Martinborough. We pride ourselves on immaculate presentation, relaxed comfort, and authentic Wairarapa hospitality.
The Role
This hands-on dual position combines property cleaning and operational management. You’ll handle the day-to-day care of the villas, ensuring they’re spotless for guests, while also managing bookings, guest communication and general upkeep.
Key Tasks- Clean, restock, and prepare villas to a high standard.
- Manage bookings, guest check-ins/outs, communication and in-house guest needs.
- Coordinate maintenance and liaise with suppliers/contractors.
- Monitor stock and ordering of supplies.
- Maintain records and communicate with the owner regularly.
- Manage outdoor area, Gardens and landscape.
- Manage promotions and database distribution
- Manage staff and rosters.
- Manage invoicing and money exchange.
- Manage SOP Standard Operating Procedures and update compendiums. Etc
- Training new staff and onboarding

Must be available weekends and most public holidays as these fit into our peak times.
The role normally requires hours to be worked between 10am and 2pm at the latest between guest arrival and departure. Due to the nature of the role and guests needing to contact during after hours, it’s required that management are available should guests need help or for last minute bookings.
