This is a Permanent position with

• Assist with preparing, portioning, and serving food in line with menus and food safety standards.
• Deliver friendly, professional customer service to Defence personnel and staff.
• Maintain clean and hygienic kitchen and dining areas, including dishwashing and waste handling.
• Receive, rotate, and replenish stock and supplies as required.
• Follow all health & safety, food safety, and operational procedures to ensure a safe workplace.

• Previous experience in catering, hospitality, or food service (preferred but not essential).
• A reliable, hardworking individual who can work both independently and as part of a team.
• Physically fit and comfortable working in a hands-on, fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills with a positive and professional attitude.
• Flexible, safety-focused, and committed to maintaining high hygiene standards.
