We're looking for a reliable, personable Delivery Driver to ensure timely delivery of automotive parts and effective on-site merchandising.
You'll be the friendly face of BNT, genuinely personable and equipped with excellent communication skills, allowing you to build trust and nurture long-term relationships with clients—ensuring each delivery reflects reliability, professionalism, and exceptional service.
You'll manage scheduled deliveries, occasionally lifting items up to 20 kg, and assist in-branch with customer service and inventory tasks such as, handling parts enquiries, restocking, and conducting stock counts.
You'll need a full, clean Class 1 NZ driver's licence, a professional attitude, and physical capability for moderate lifting.

Responsibilities include:
- Safely operate company vehicles to deliver automotive parts and consumables to customers and branches.
- Load and unload stock, ensuring goods are delivered in good condition and with correct documentation.
- Follow scheduled routes and delivery timelines, optimizing time efficiency.
- Provide professional and courteous service during deliveries and represent the company positively.
- Accurately collect and record all information pertaining to customer credits, including product returns, reasons for return, condition of goods, and any supporting documentation, to ensure compliance with credit processing.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with customer contacts during site visits and deliveries.
- Deliver high levels of customer satisfaction through reliable service and a helpful attitude.
- Proactively relay relevant market information, customer feedback, and competitor activity to the Branch Manager.
You will also have:
- Customer service experience or have had some exposure to customer facing roles, preferably in a product related sales environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A reasonable typing ability and computer literacy.
- The ability to work individually and as part of a team.
- The ability to work alternate Saturday mornings
- A full New Zealand driver's licence.
