Personal Shopper/Delivery Driver

You will play a crucial role in ensuring the success of our Online department. Your primary role will be to assist the Online Manager to plan and organise the day-to-day picking, packing, processing and delivering of all customer orders for the Online shopping department.

The role:

• Ensure operational excellence is achieved for all Online shopping orders.
• Ensure items picked, packed & processed for a customer's order is completed accurately and efficiently.
• Ensure orders are labelled and checked, stored securely
• Compliance with our Food Control Plan and Health and Safety requirements
• Delivering orders to customers in great condition and within the daily time frames
• Navigating driveways, hills, stairs and more to get to our customers orders to their door
• Communicating with out customers regarding their orders
• Regularly lifting up to 15kg
• Able to work one day in the weekend

What we are looking for:

• Good communication skills
• Good time management and organisational skills to be able to co-ordinate daily workload requirements
• Physically fit and able to fulfil the requirements of the role
• Attention to detail and ability to work accurately
• Computer literate and keen to learn and use the latest technology.
• Have a clean drivers license and be comfortable driving a van
