Your new role:

As Finance and Commercial Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in the executive team, contributing to overall strategy and operational direction. You'll lead the finance and commercial teams, oversee IT relationships, and ensure regulatory compliance, all while driving innovation and business performance.

Responsibilities:

• Lead financial planning, forecasting, and strategic analysis
• Provide commercial advice and reporting to the CEO and Board
• Manage financial operations, reporting, compliance, and risk
• Oversee commercial contracts and funding relationships
• Drive cost-efficiency and performance benchmarking
• Lead external IT partner relationships and technology planning
• Manage capital planning and infrastructure investment
• Mentor and support the finance team to achieve excellence

Requirements:

• CA qualification or equivalent
• Minimum 10 years in senior financial roles, ideally in healthcare
• Deep understanding of complex financial operations and compliance
• Experience managing revenue cycles and stakeholder partnerships
• Proven strategic leadership and communication skills
