Job Details:Location: Bay of Islands, Northland, New Zealand
Job Type: Contract basis
Job duties are as follows:
Supervise and direct employees during the shift, providing guidance and support.Schedule and assign tasks to team members to optimize workflow and efficiency.
Monitor staff performance, provide constructive feedback, and conduct appraisals.
Train and onboard new employees, and help staff develop their skills.
Motivate the team and foster a positive work environment.
Ensure the smooth and efficient running of daily business operations.
Monitor inventory levels, manage supplies, and place orders as needed.
Maintain accurate records of attendance, performance, and other operational details.
Communicate effectively with team members and other supervisors.
Report on daily operations, issues, and incidents to upper management.
