Part Time Retail Team Member Wanted - Kaikohe

Are you passionate about customer service and home improvement? We're looking for a friendly, reliable team member to join our Kitchen, Bathroom & Showroom department.

In this customer-facing position, you'll assist our customers with product information, guide them through our showroom offerings, and help ensure a smooth and enjoyable shopping experience. You'll be part of a supportive team that values great service and practical solutions.

Please note: This role does not include design responsibilities. While you'll be helping customers explore options and understand product features, all design work is handled by our dedicated design team.

This is a 16 hour per week position, shifts will involve one weekend shift per week and may include public holidays

An Ideal Candidate will have:

• A passion for customer service excellence.
• Great communication skills
• Experience within a retail environment will be an advantage
• The ability to work well under pressure
• Excellent merchandising skills
• The ability to work on a roster including a weekend day

About the Role:

• Growing sales by providing exceptional customer service
• Maintain high merchandising standards & manage stock
• You will help with presentation of on-the-floor stock, and displays
• Heavy lifting and physical movement are required
• Promoting health and safety, ensuring safe work practices within your team at all times.
• Experience in a similar role will be beneficial, but attitude is king.
