Parts Advisor

As the Parts Advisor, you will be the go-to specialist supporting the workshop and retail customers with genuine BMW parts and accessories. Reporting to the Service Manager, you will manage parts ordering, inventory, and client relationships.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Process parts orders accurately and efficiently daily
- Assist workshop technicians with parts identification & sourcing
- Manage parts inventory, stock levels, and supplier relationships
- Deliver outstanding service to customers
- Learn and promote BMW tech features
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
- Strong knowledge of automotive parts & accessories
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Organised, detail focused with solid computer literacy
- Enthusiasm for BMW technology and connected car features
- A team player who thrives in a fast paced environment
