**Your new role**

• As the Foreman, you will lead crews on drainage and civil works projects, oversee site operations, manage teams, and ensure projects are delivered safely and efficiently.
• As the Operator, you'll work on machinery and civil drainage tasks, contributing hands-on support in the field.

These roles are essential to the successful delivery of a range of projects throughout the Wairarapa region.

**What you'll need to succeed**

For both positions, you'll need:

• A strong work ethic and commitment to safety.
• Ability to pass a Drug & Alcohol test.

• Proven experience in leading civil drainage teams.
• Excellent knowledge of site management and drainage systems.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to motivate your crew.

• WTR Endorsements (mandatory).
• Class 2 Licence (preferred but not essential).
• Experience operating civil machinery on drainage projects.
