Alpine Cabins is Wellington’s fastest-growing portable cabin manufacturer, delivering high-quality, affordable space solutions to customers nationwide. With over 4 years in operation and big plans ahead, we’re expanding — and looking for the right person to grow with us.

We’re currently seeking a hands-on, motivated Site Foreman who’s ready to lead from the front and take charge of our cabin assembly process. This role is ideal for someone with a background in building, leadership potential, and a passion for delivering quality results.

• Leading the onsite assembly of portable cabins
• Supervising and working alongside a small build crew
• Delegating tasks and ensuring daily build targets are met
• Upholding site safety, quality standards, and best practices
• Coordinating with logistics and management to meet deadlines
• Maintaining a clean, organised work site
• Troubleshooting on-the-go and driving solutions
• Supporting the training of new team members

• Must be a Licensed Building Practitioner (LBP)
• 2+ years experience in the construction/trade industry
• Competent and confident using hand and power tools
• Physically fit and happy to work outdoors
• A team player with leadership and decision-making ability
• Strong communication, time management, and organisational skills
• Able to work independently and think on your feet
• Punctual, reliable, and committed to quality
• Health & Safety focused

Hours & Pay: Monday – Friday | 8:00am – 4:30pm
