Phone and Laptop Technician

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Phone & Laptop Repair Technician to join our team!

Location: Ashburton
Job Type: Full-Time

Start Date: 15 May 2025

Key Responsibilities:

Diagnose and repair a wide range of mobile phones, tablets, and laptops
Replace screens, batteries, charging ports, and other components
Perform software updates, data recovery, and system troubleshooting
Maintain a clean and organised workspace
Assist customers with technical advice and recommend suitable products and services
Handle sales transactions and promote in-store products

Skills & Experience Required:

Proven experience in repairing phones and laptops (Apple, Samsung, HP, Dell, etc.)
Strong understanding of hardware and software diagnostics
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Sales experience in a retail or tech environment preferred
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Eligibility:

Applicants must have a valid New Zealand work visa or residency
We may support a work visa for the right candidate in the future
