Contract Administrator - Henderson Based
About the Opportunity**
Programmed's Facility Management department is looking for a confident and capable **Contract Administrator** to join our hardworking Trades team based in Henderson.
This is a **permanent full-time position**, offering **40 hours per week**, **Monday to Friday during business hours**.

You'll be responsible for ensuring timely and accurate processing of work against contract - including invoices, credit notes, and maintaining contract data in our systems. It's a fast-moving environment where you'll need to stay sharp, adaptable, and keep the wheels turning without missing a beat.

- Providing administrative and clerical support to the trades team
- Reporting and communication on job progress and issues
- Supporting the team including the Foreman and Operations Manager with day-to-day contract admin
- Meeting contract processing timelines with accuracy and efficiency
- Strong experience in high-volume data entry or contract admin
- Confidence working in a fast-paced environment where priorities can shift quickly
- A practical, can-do attitude with the resilience to stay cool when things get hectic
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills
- Experience using Maximo 7.6 is a plus
- Clear communication and the ability to build good working relationships with straightforward personalities
- A background or understanding of trade-related work is an advantage
