Contracts Administrator - Fixed Term (11 months)

We’re on the lookout for a confident and capable Contracts Administrator to join a small, close-knit team on a fixed-term contract through to 30 June 2026—with potential for extension.
This is a hands-on, full-time role that suits someone who thrives on structure, enjoys variety, and is eager to learn. You’ll rotate through three core admin areas on a weekly basis, keeping your workday dynamic and helping you build valuable, well-rounded experience.
What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll rotate weekly across three key admin functions:
- Frontline Support
- Respond to helpline calls and customer emails
- Log faults and communications in our CRM
- Triage reactive or urgent enquiries
- Structured Admin
- Handle daily account reconciliations and reporting
- Investigate disputes (including court processes)
- Use systems like Gtechna, Presto 1000, and Windcave
- Office Admin
- Manage queries and service requests
- Follow up on purchase orders and stock
- Coordinate supply needs and inventory
- Strong administration experience
- Excellent English communication skills
- Confidence using PCs and digital systems
- Fast learner with a proactive and reliable approach
- Team player with a flexible, can-do attitude
