Contracts Administrator - Fixed Term (11 months)

We’re on the lookout for a confident and capable Contracts Administrator to join a small, close-knit team on a fixed-term contract through to 30 June 2026—with potential for extension.

This is a hands-on, full-time role that suits someone who thrives on structure, enjoys variety, and is eager to learn. You’ll rotate through three core admin areas on a weekly basis, keeping your workday dynamic and helping you build valuable, well-rounded experience.

What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll rotate weekly across three key admin functions:

  1. Frontline Support
  • Respond to helpline calls and customer emails
  • Log faults and communications in our CRM
  • Triage reactive or urgent enquiries
  1. Structured Admin
  • Handle daily account reconciliations and reporting
  • Investigate disputes (including court processes)
  • Use systems like Gtechna, Presto 1000, and Windcave
  1. Office Admin
  • Manage queries and service requests
  • Follow up on purchase orders and stock
  • Coordinate supply needs and inventory
