Mac Operator / Graphic Design Contractor (Christchurch)

Green Homes is seeking a creative, detail-oriented and reliable Mac Operator/Design Contractor to support our internal marketing and design needs. This role is ideal for a designer who thrives on production work, enjoys working across a range of marketing materials, and can collaborate effectively in a flexible work environment for up to 8 hours a week.

• Execute layout and design updates across a range of internal collateral, including brochures, flyers, signage, and more
• Work from design briefings and/or forms to ensure timely and accurate delivery of assets
• Prepare files for print and liaise with suppliers as needed
• Maintain brand consistency across all output
• Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to deliver on design requirements for local, and other branches
• Attend in-office sessions every Monday and Thursday, with additional availability during the week (if required based on workload)

• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, especially InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop
• Strong attention to detail and understanding of layout, typography, and file setup for print
• Able to easily interpret design briefs and work autonomously
• A great communicator and team player, able to manage time effectively
• Experience working with building, real estate, or property brands is a plus!
