Construction Site Supervisor - Auckland

We are seeking a motivated and hands-on Construction Site Supervisor to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will oversee on-site construction activities and labourer staff, ensuring projects are delivered on time and to the highest standards of safety and quality.

• Supervise and co-ordinate daily site operations
• Manage and direct site labourers on site
• Ensure materials and equipment required are on site
• Ensure adherence to health & safety regulations, enforces safety procedures
• Monitor progress against project timelines
• Liaise with Site Management, Project Managers and Engineers involved in the project
• Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with building codes
• Conduct site meetings and resolve on-site issues promptly and efficiently
• Ensure materials and equipment are available
• Physical tasks on site including painting and plastering
• Measure, mark, cut and install plasterboard
• Repair cracks, holes and damaged surfaces
• Apply decorative textures or finishers

• At least 3 years' experience as a Site Supervisor or level 4 qualification
• Strong knowledge of construction procedures, materials and safety standards
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and plans

• Pay: $30 - $35 per hour
• Minimum of 30 hours per week
