Site Supervisor

We are a construction and property development company focussing on residential housing across the Auckland region.

The Site Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations on our construction sites and organise and coordinate the material and human resources required.

Wages will be between $40 to $50 an hour, depending on qualification and experience.

Full time work - 35 hours a week.

Wages will be paid fortnightly.

• Oversee construction activities to ensure work is completed on time, within budget, and to required quality standards.
• Organise daily site operations, assign tasks to workers and subcontractors, and coordinate schedules with suppliers.
• Enforce safety protocols, conduct safety briefings/toolbox talks, and monitor site conditions to minimise risks and accident
• Inspect workmanship and materials, ensuring compliance with project specifications, drawings, and building codes.
• Supervise and support workers, provide guidance, resolve conflicts, and ensure productivity across teams.
• Track project progress, carry out site inspections, and report updates or issues to project managers or senior management.
• Identify and address on-site challenges promptly, making decisions to prevent delays or disruptions.
• Handle site paperwork, including permits, compliance documents, safety records, timesheets, and daily logs.
• Act as a link between management, contractors, architects, engineers, and clients to ensure smooth communication and workflow
