Type: Part-Time

What You'll Do:
  • Responsible for the daily kitchen operations, ensuring high standards of food quality and presentation.
  • Lead and inspire a team of kitchen staff, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment.
  • Oversee inventory management, including ordering and maintaining stock levels.
  • Develop and implement new menu items, contributing creative ideas to keep our offerings fresh and exciting.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and organized kitchen.
**What We're Looking For:**
  • Have 2+ years’ experience as a Sous-Chef or in a similar role within a fast-paced kitchen environment.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
  • Ensure quality food preparation with a passion
  • Solid understanding of kitchen operations, including inventory management and food safety practices.
  • A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and the ability to thrive in a collaborative environment.
