What You'll Do:- Responsible for the daily kitchen operations, ensuring high standards of food quality and presentation.
- Lead and inspire a team of kitchen staff, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment.
- Oversee inventory management, including ordering and maintaining stock levels.
- Develop and implement new menu items, contributing creative ideas to keep our offerings fresh and exciting.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and organized kitchen.
- Have 2+ years’ experience as a Sous-Chef or in a similar role within a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
- Ensure quality food preparation with a passion
- Solid understanding of kitchen operations, including inventory management and food safety practices.
- A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and the ability to thrive in a collaborative environment.
