Inside Sales Consultant
The Role
Aggreko are currently looking for an Inside Sales Consultant to join our Sales team in Auckland or Christchurch.
Reporting to the Inside Sales Manager, you will be a key part of our business as you focus on the initial stage of the sales transaction. You will drive lead generation and act as a conduit for qualified leads to be passed onto Inside or Field Sales Consultants.
Key Responsibilities- Quote prices, contract terms, estimated delivery date, and credit terms to customers by using established process
- Display or demonstrates product, using media, and emphasizes marketable features
- Coordinate with appropriate Customer Center functions to prepare sales contracts, other documentation and/or collection for orders and projects
- Provide technical sales assistance for power and temperature applications using job related manuals
- Continually maintain and update the company’s customer record system and report on call activity.
- Prepare and submit proposals that include technical and commercial details of the client’s needs in accordance with Aggreko’s terms and conditions.
- Obtain credit information on prospective customers and forwards findings to the office.
- Take on call responsibility as required.

- Ability to prioritise and complete multiple tasks with strong attention to detail
- Willingness to learn and understand our different sectors, applications and products
