  • Spotting garden improvement opportunities and recommending seasonal upgrades
  • Keeping tools and machinery well-maintained (excluding electrical repairs)
  • Supporting and mentoring less experienced team members – we’re all about growth
  • Managing job progress and customer satisfaction from start to finish
  • Collaborating with the wider Aspen crew and horticulture team
What We’re Looking For:
  • Strong garden maintenance experience – you know your plants and how to care for them
  • Natural leadership skills – you're someone people look up to and trust
  • Confidence working with clients and giving clear updates or suggestions
  • Great communication and organisation skills
  • A proactive attitude – you're solutions-focused and always a step ahead
  • A commitment to quality, safety, and positive team culture
  • Someone who values personal growth and encourages the same in others
Health & Safety First
  • You know your way around site risks and how to manage them
  • You lead by example and keep your crew safe
  • You care about your wellbeing – and your teammates' too
