We are seeking a driven and results-focused Territory Manager with a strong drive for growth in all facets - someone who thrives on identifying new business opportunities, opening doors, and converting prospects into loyal clients along with nurturing our current relationships.Based in Christchurch, where our head office and warehouse are located, this full-time role covers the South Island and Wellington and includes regular travel throughout the regions.
You’ll enjoy the autonomy to manage your own schedule, supported by a collaborative and motivated team committed to helping you achieve and exceed your targets. The ability to build strong client relationships and confidently deliver education and training is essential for success in this role.
You will bring proven experience in sales and/or business development, along with a minimum of five years’ experience as a beauty therapist.You’re passionate about the beauty and skincare industry and confident in sharing your knowledge - any prior training or teaching experience will be highly regarded.
Highly motivated, organised, professional, you connect easily with others and take pride in nurturing long-term relationships. Your communication skills are clear and collaborative and you’re comfortable with regular travel on the road as required.Your flexibility and can-do approach to support the team is essential for this small and collaborative team.
