We are seeking Expressions of Interest from experienced and motivated Senior Medical Officers (SMOs) to take on the role of Clinical Director for a 12-month fixed-term period to cover a leave of absence, commencing January 2026.
This is an exciting leadership opportunity to support and influence the delivery of high-quality, patient-centred care across the service, while working alongside a dedicated multidisciplinary team.
About the Role
As Clinical Director, you will:
- Provide clinical leadership and strategic direction to the OG service
- Champion service improvement, innovation, and excellence in care delivery
- Collaborate with senior management and clinical teams to ensure safe and efficient service provision
This is a 0.7 FTE leadership role, which can be held alongside clinical duties (up to 0.3 clinical FTE also available accordingly)
About You
We are looking for an SMO within Women - s health who:
- Demonstrates strong leadership, collaboration, and communication skills
