Our cuisine ranges from hearty, locally sourced dishes to international flavours, reflecting the region's diverse culinary scene. Specially our King Tiger Eastern Eating house and bar , we offer from India, China, Thailand and beyond.

Remuneration: $27 -$35.00 per hour depending on skills and experience Minimum guaranteed hours: at least 30 hours weekly

Job Description
Your day-to-day work will involve:- planning menus, estimating food and labour costs, and ordering food supplies
- monitoring quality of dishes at all stages of preparation and presentation
- discussing food preparation issues with Managers, Dietitian and kitchen and waiting staff
- demonstrating techniques and advising on cooking procedures
- preparing and cooking food
- explaining and enforcing hygiene regulations
- may freezing and preserve food
- clearing tables and returning dishes and cutlery to kitchen
- cleaning and tidying kitchen at. the end of shift
- closing the kitchen at the end of service
- tracking kitchen wage and food costs to ensure business KPIs are met
- preparing ingredients and meal components for breakfast, lunch and dinner menus
- training kitchen staff
- ordering food supplies
- ensure that all health and safety standards are met
- assisting with other kitchen duties as required
