About the role:
You'll be responsible for cost management across multiple projects, including estimating, tendering, progress claims, variations, and reporting. The team needs someone confident and capable of stepping straight in and adding value from day one.
What we're looking for:
- 3-5 years' experience as a Quantity Surveyor
- Construction background essential; trades/on-the-tools experience highly regarded
- Strong communication skills (clear English essential)
- Practical, solutions-focused approach, able to manage busy workloads
- A good fit for a Hawke's Bay construction environment — reliable, collaborative, and down-to-earth
