Who We’re Looking For:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented ArchiCAD Technician to join our dynamic team. Whether you’re a graduate starting your professional journey or an experienced technician, we welcome applicants from all levels.

You’ll work on a wide range of projects — from residential to commercial, with a strong focus on design and documentation. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop your design and technical expertise while being supported by a team of experienced and collaborative professionals.

What you’ll do:

  • Produce accurate 2D/3D documentation in ArchiCAD (Teamwork/BIMcloud).
  • Prepare building consent documentation aligned to the NZ Building Code and local council requirements.
  • Coordinate with consultants and manage RFIs.
  • Contribute to QA/document control and stay current with BIM & ArchiCAD best practice.

What you’ll bring:

  • ArchiCAD proficiency (essential). Exposure to BIMcloud/Teamwork and IFC coordination is a plus.
  • Working knowledge of NZ construction methods and codes (desirable — training provided).
  • A creative mindset.
  • Strong attention to detail; ability to read, interpret and coordinate architectural/consultant drawings.
  • Clear communicator; collaborative and keen to learn.
