Who We’re Looking For:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented ArchiCAD Technician to join our dynamic team. Whether you’re a graduate starting your professional journey or an experienced technician, we welcome applicants from all levels.You’ll work on a wide range of projects — from residential to commercial, with a strong focus on design and documentation. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop your design and technical expertise while being supported by a team of experienced and collaborative professionals.
What you’ll do:
- Produce accurate 2D/3D documentation in ArchiCAD (Teamwork/BIMcloud).
- Prepare building consent documentation aligned to the NZ Building Code and local council requirements.
- Coordinate with consultants and manage RFIs.
- Contribute to QA/document control and stay current with BIM & ArchiCAD best practice.
What you’ll bring:
- ArchiCAD proficiency (essential). Exposure to BIMcloud/Teamwork and IFC coordination is a plus.
- Working knowledge of NZ construction methods and codes (desirable — training provided).
- A creative mindset.
- Strong attention to detail; ability to read, interpret and coordinate architectural/consultant drawings.
- Clear communicator; collaborative and keen to learn.
