Maryann Resthome is a 66 bed facility with resthome, hospital and dementia level residents.
The successful applicant needs to have knowledge around providing our residents with good nutritional meals that meet their individual needs and safe food handling requirements.
Hours of work 1pm-7pm on a shared basis 7 days a weekDuties include:-
Dinner preparation and meal planning
Dishes
Vege preparation
Home baking
Staff management
This position will be responsible to the morning cook.
Experience in a resthome/commercial kitchen would be an advantage.
