Position: Front of House
- Location: Central New Plymouth
- Hours:Part-time positions available,
- Must be able to work during weekends & on public holidays
- Previous experience is preferred
- Greet and seat guests with a warm welcome
- Take food and beverage orders, provide menu recommendations
- Ensure a smooth and pleasant dining experience
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues professionally
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely service
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area
- Uphold our high standards of customer service
- Must be able to work during weekends & on public holidays
- Enthusiasm for Chinese cuisine and culture
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Prior experience in a similar role is a plus
