Diesel Mechanic & Field Service Technician - Christchurch

We are currently recruiting for 2 vacancies within our Workshop based at McLeans Island, Christchurch.
Diesel Mechanic (experienced and/or fully qualified Heavy Diesel Mechanic) - Day-to-day duties will include fault finding, general mechanical repairs, servicing, and maintaining a wide range of trucks, plant, and machinery.
Key Skills & Experience:- Ideally, you will have a background working within a similar industry with extensive experience of repairing heavy diesel vehicles (trucks)
- Have appropriate heavy traffic licenses is preferred but not essential
- Have a proactive approach to safety, quality, and environmental issues
Field Service Technician (experienced and/or fully qualified Heavy Diesel Mechanic) - Day-to-day duties will include attending breakdowns of our various plant around work sites with the Service Van to carrying out servicing and planned maintenance work here at the workshop.
Key Skills & Experience:- Ideally, you will have a background working within a similar industry with extensive experience of repairing heavy diesel vehicles (plant & machinery)
- Have appropriate licenses (WTR) is preferred but not essential
- Have a proactive approach to safety, quality, and environmental issues
