FOH / Barman

Sazio is a 45-seat Italian restaurant in Hastings. We are looking for an experienced FOH team member who is confident both on the floor and behind the bar.
This is a casual role with consistent weekly evening shifts (approx. 10 hours to start).

Primary shifts include Tuesday evenings, with additional midweek or weekend shifts as required.
Responsibilities: Running your own section
Wine and beverage service
Basic cocktail service
Managing bookings and guest flow
Supporting smooth, fast-paced service
Requirements: Proven hospitality experience
Confident with wine service
Calm under pressure
Clean, organised and efficient
Reliable and punctual
NZ Duty Manager’s Certificate preferred but not essential
