About our Service and Oncology Registrar Role- Join a growing Medical Oncology team:
Nurse Practitioner
Oncology MOSS
Clinical Nurse Specialist
Work alongside an experienced, enthusiastic team serving a diverse population across a large geographical area.
- Clinical exposure includes:
Follow-up and on-treatment reviews
Acute management and inpatient oversight of patients on anti-cancer therapies
- Opportunities to run clinics at sub-satellite sites:
Bay of Islands
- Additional educational opportunities:
Project/research participation
Active clinical training programme: Didactic sessions
Interactive teachingJournal club
Videoconferencing of RACP lectures
- Te Whatu Ora Northland District accredited for 24 months basic physician training and 6 months for advanced physician training in Oncology.
