Duty Manager
We are looking for experienced Duty Manager to assist in the operation of our busy restaurant. Flexibility is required, and as we trade seven days per week, weekend work will be an expectation. Shifts are typically 11am - 8pm or 3pm - 10pm.

Your role will include:- Providing excellent services to customers, responding to enquiries and complaints
- Preparing rosters and assigning staff
- Assisting with hiring of new front of house staff, training etc.
- Ensuring all staff on shift can operate sales systems efficiently
- Advising management of stock shortages
- Meeting compliance and regulations
- Have a minimum of two year's experience in a busy Restaurant or Cafe or a level 4 qualification/international equivalent
- Have strong communication skills, remain positive & calm under pressure and be punctual & reliable
- Have an eye for detail

The wage is negotiable, between $25 and $30 per hour, dependent on the successful applicant’s relevant experience and competence in the role.
