Bring your deep understanding and thought leadership of best practice Project Management to provide expert advice and guidance to both the Project Management team and the wider business.

From day one, you'll play a critical role in driving significant business transformation by supporting project approvals and strengthening how we manage our project portfolio and pipeline.
You'll provide and embed practical frameworks, tools, and documentation that lift project management maturity and enable projects to gain approval and succeed.
This is a hands-on role, applying best-practice methodologies such as PRINCE2 for governance and Agile for flexibility to ensure consistent, successful delivery across the organization.
The starting salary for this role is between $115,536 and maximum of $141,751.
Starting salaries are to be based on knowledge, skills and experience the successful candidate brings to the role, as well as internal relativities.

To be considered you will need: Experience within project management or project advisory, utilising Prince2 and/or Agile.

Experience with developing guidance materials and tools and the development of frameworks and processes.
Experience supporting organisations through large-scale transformation, helping teams implementing new processes and tools.
A strong understanding of the project prioritisation process and ability to work with the business to enable decision around project and programme investments.
A natural ability to influence outcomes at all levels within an organisation and build strong working relationships.
A drive to make things better and a curiosity for innovation.
