Delivery & Customer Success | Kitchen Support

This role is primarily a delivery position, with a strong focus on customer experience, reliability, and follow-through. It is a roster-based role with occasional split shifts depending on delivery schedules.
You will be the final point of contact between our kitchen and our customers, so being organised, prepared, and professional is essential.
Key Duties- Deliver catering orders to corporate customers
- Provide professional, friendly customer handover
- Use delivery apps and our in-house systems
- Assist with small catering event setups
- Light kitchen duties including packing, sandwich line support, and dishes
- Reliable, organised, and calm under pressure
- Confident driving in traffic and following routes/maps
- Comfortable liaising with customers
- Able to use basic computer software autonomously
- Full NZ driver licence (manual driving required)
- Mostly weekdays- Occasional split shifts
- Flexibility available for the right person
$28–32 per hour, depending on experience and fit.
