Intensive Programme Team Lead**
The Salvation Army Christchurch Bridge Centre exists to provide safe, integrated, high quality treatment and support services to people whose lives have been harmed by alcohol and/or drug use. Our services are evidenced-based best practise and are known for being people-centred, caring, transformative and responsive.
We are looking for the right person to lead our Intensive Bridge Programme service
**Key Responsibilities:**- Facilitates overall delivery of the Intensive Programme
- Is committed to ensuring a CEP and culturally responsive service wrapped in whanaungatanga
- Leads a high-quality service with aroha and manaaki, whilst meeting all appropriate Nga Paerewa Health and Disability Services Standards
- The programme reflects and delivers The Salvation Army Model of Treatment and National Policies. and is underpinned by Local Procedures
- Ensures delivery of quality clinical care by staff that is appropriate to individual tangata whaiora needs
- Takes a strategic approach to ongoing development and new initiatives
- Holds a Diploma or Degree in addiction studies, social work, counselling, occupational therapy or nursing with current practicing certificate - Social Work, DAPAANZ or equivalent registered Practitioner, preferably with post graduate qualifications in mental health and/or addictions
- Significant experience working with people seeking support for addiction and co-existing concerns
- Significant experience leading teams and service delivery
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Good cross-cultural understanding.
- Commitment to continuing professional development relevant to addiction studies.
- Ability to work cooperatively in a team environment, sharing information, ideas and effective practices while maintaining client and service privacy, and confidentiality

**Hours of work:** This is a **permanent full time** role of **40 hours per week** worked Monday to Friday 8am - 4.30pm
**The starting salary** for this role will fall between **$102,000 and $122,464 per annum**. **This role is covered by the social worker pay equity agreement and the final remuneration will be dependent on the years of experience the preferred candidate brings to the role.**
