• Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to our menu specifications
• Ensure all food preparation and cooking activities are in compliance with food safety regulations
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth culinary operations
• Clean and sanitise workstations, kitchen equipment, and utensils
• Ordering and maintaining accurate inventory of food supplies and notify when items need to be restocked
• Follow recipe guidelines to consistently deliver high-quality dishes
• Serving food and beverage orders when required
• Receiving payments from customers when required

The right candidates will:

• Be available for full time work - minimum 30 hours and maximum 45 hours
• Be RELIABLE and PUNCTUAL
• Have the flexibility to work rostered shifts. Have the ability to work late nights and over the weekend as required
• Be able to provide a clear drug test/medical check and clean police record if required
• Be fit to enough to lift upto 20 kgs
• Understand and work in a manner that ensures health and safety, and food hygiene compliance is maintained at all times

• 3+ years of relevant work experience required for this role.
• Proven experience as a cafe kitchen cook or in similar role with solid understanding of cooking methods, ingredients, and food presentation techniques is a must.
