**The role | Mo tenei turanga mahi**
We're looking for an inspirational and motivated leader to take up the exciting opportunity as full-time Team Coach (TC) in Taranaki. This TC role involves looking after our well-established Housing and Recovery Service to support up to 12 Tangata whai ora to live well in their community, connect with whanau and support them to achieve their aspirations.
**As the TC you'll play a vital role in shaping the future of our service. Your responsibilities will include:**- Oversee direct tangata whai ora care so that they receive exceptional support in our community setting.
- Support the efficient and effective use of resources for the team while fostering innovation and improvement of service.
- Lead and support staff, including regular individual coaching to your team, recruitment, professional development and performance management to support the team to exceed their personal best in everything they do.
- You'll be reporting to the Service and Relationship Manager and receive the same coaching and support to achieve great mahi together.
- Develop and grow our services to meet emerging community needs
- Grow strong and collaborative inter sector networks and partnerships.

- Friday, 8:30am
- 5pm. Based in New Plymouth.
You will also contribute to an on-call roster.
About You | Mou:**
We are looking for someone who is passionate about the wellbeing of our Taiohi and their whanau who are navigating mental health challenges.
**If you also bring along the following, we are interested in hearing from you**- HPCA regulated health practitioner, registered with a current APC (Registered Nurse or Occupational Therapist)
- Relevant work experience, including experience in mental health, AOD, disability, health care and/or social services
- Experienced leader who can support, manage and inspire a team.
- You'll ideally have demonstrated the ability to work well with other services such as Health New Zealand/Te whatu ora, PHOs, and the wider youth community and social sector.
- Relevant experience in leadership and managing others.
- A relevant qualification in leadership, management or a clinical qualification.
- HPCA Clinical registration
- Role model wellbeing and leadership, and support our kaimahi to do the same
- Full clean driver's license
