We're looking for a motivated Used Vehicle Sales Consultant to join our Manukau Toyota Branch and help customers find the right pre-owned vehicle while representing NZ's most trusted brand!

About the Role
As a Used Vehicle Sales Consultant at Manukau Toyota, you'll be the first point of contact for customers looking for quality pre-owned vehicles. You'll guide them through the buying process, offer trade-in solutions, and deliver a positive, stress-free experience.
Your responsibilities will include:- Customer Engagement: Connect with customers in-person, online, and over the phone to understand their needs and match them with the right pre-owned vehicle.
- Sales Excellence: Achieve and exceed sales targets by showcasing our wide range of quality used vehicles.
- Product Knowledge: Stay informed about Toyota's trusted reputation, vehicle history checks, and financing options to provide tailored solutions.
- Trade-In Support: Assist customers with valuations and trade-ins to make the process simple and transparent.
- Follow-Up & Relationship Building: Build long-term relationships through excellent follow-up, ensuring satisfaction and encouraging repeat business and referrals.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with finance and aftersales teams to deliver a seamless customer journey.
- Sales Experience: Proven success in sales (1+ years), ideally in automotive retail, used cars, or a related customer-facing role.
- Passion for Automotive: A genuine love for cars and an interest in pre-owned vehicles.
- Customer-First Mindset: Strong interpersonal skills with a talent for building trust and rapport.
- Driven & Results-Oriented: Motivated to meet and exceed sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
- Clear Communicator: Confident in explaining vehicle features, trade-ins, and finance options.
