We have an opportunity available at our Takanini branch for driven and professional Vehicle Sales Consultants, with ambitions to grow their career. We are looking for an applicant who has a passion for the industry and enjoys being part of a high performing and strong team culture.
The Role
Our customers are the heart of our business, to succeed in the role you will:- Enjoy building strong customer relationships, understand their needs, assist them with their vehicle selection and guide them through the decision-making process
- Shoot for the stars to exceed your sales and performance targets
- Have the energy and tenacity to follow up every lead from new and existing customers
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge and pricing
- Ensure a seamless post-sale transaction process and customer satisfaction
About You
You will have:- A positive can-do attitude and a desire to achieve results
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills
- The ability to meet sales targets
- Ability to work under pressure
- Strong organisational skills
- A passion for cars and a genuine desire to help our customers achieve their vehicle goals
- A current full driver's licence
