After many years, we are looking to replace our loyal, part time office administrator who is retiring.

If you are someone who has a ‘can do’ attitude, has experience in accounts payable and receivable using Quickbooks (Reckon), proficient in MS Outlook, Word & Excel, would like to be in a relaxed working environment in Avondale with semi-flexible hours then get in contact via email: info@formdesign.co.nz using the words "FORM ADMIN" in the subject line.

Experience in Xero would be a bonus but not mandatory.

The role is varied and mostly sole charge. For initial training where you may be required to work extra days, you would then be required for 2 days per week in our Avondale office. Remuneration would depend on experience and can be discussed on contact.
