A fabulous new opportunity to join a rapidly growing nationwide business in the Capital Equipment Industry. We are on the lookout for an eager and enthusiastic Office Administrator who is looking for a new and exciting opportunity.
You'll be part of a down to earth, progressive team, reporting to the Executive Assistant based in Auckland. You'll be offered plenty of challenge and the opportunity to work closely alongside a dynamic team.
This position will suit someone who oozes initiative, is proactive and enjoys taking ownership.
Duties will include:- Carrying out reception duties.
- Completing and assisting with office tasks.
- Assisting with organisation of meetings and events.
- Providing Sales Administration Support to the Sales Team.
- Providing Workshop Administration Support as required.
- Regional H&S Committee Representative and maintain all H&S Documentation for the branch.
- Be someone who can adapt to change quickly - this role is varied and will suit someone who can chop and change quickly in terms of priorities.
- Be proactive and have a great attitude to work.
- Be comfortable working as part of a team and equally comfortable working independently.
- Be an outstanding communicator, this will be a strength of yours
- Most importantly love working with people, provide great service and help us to go from strength to strength.
